Fabulous & Flighty
Flamingos aren’t just birds, they’re full-time icons with part-time modeling contracts. With their long legs, unapologetic pink feathers, and a posture that says “I know I’m fabulous,” flamingos bring the kind of energy most of us can only dream of—and I can’t help but paint them.
These fabulous creatures have strutted their way into my logo, my artwork, and even my guest room (yes, guests sleep under the watchful gaze of a flamingo squad). Their charm is impossible to ignore—equal parts elegance, eccentricity, and a touch of drama.
This collection is a playful tribute to all things pink, poised, and proudly peculiar. The flamingos here don’t just stand around—they pose, preen, and occasionally throw shade (with a perfectly arched neck, of course). Whether you’re looking to add a bold splash of color or just need a bird that gets your vibe, these paintings deliver the strut and sparkle.
Because life’s too short for beige birds. Long live the flamingo.
Why Flamingos?
It all started as a joke between my sisters—a running gag about the only tattoo I’d maybe be willing to get: a flamingo standing on one leg… winking. (Spoiler: no one actually got the tattoo. Probably for the best.)
But somewhere along the way, the joke turned into a genuine love. Flamingos are loud, bold, flamboyant, and full of personality—which, honestly, makes them kind of irresistible. They strut, squawk, and make no apologies for being completely themselves. What’s not to love?
Now, they’ve become a recurring theme in my art and life. From paint to pillows, and yes, even my logo—flamingos are here to stay.
