Thoughts in Art
As an artist, I look for subjects with striking features. The purpose of the bright vivid colors and whimsical subject matter is to bring joy, laughter or a smile. Taking an object, a memory or an image and giving it color and dousing with humor allows the viewer to imagine how different the world could look if we reimagined it with a different color palette.
